Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Transaction Management: Accurately process sales transactions, operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, and handle cash with precision.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and folding clothing.
- Inventory Control: Assist with stock counts, receiving shipments, and organizing inventory to ensure product availability.
- Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising standards and set up promotional displays effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure store goals are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact well with diverse customer groups.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks.
