Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling consultations and build lasting client relationships
- Execute visual merchandising to create dynamic, Instagram-worthy displays
- Process transactions using our POS system with 100% accuracy
- Manage inventory control and restock high-end fashion accessories
- Contribute to weekend promotions and local event activations
- Maintain pristine store appearance and uphold brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Passion for fashion and strong product knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20 lbs
- Basic familiarity with POS systems and inventory apps
