Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while maintaining cash accuracy
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain an aesthetically pleasing store environment
- Assist in inventory management including stock replenishment and markdown execution
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Participate in floor recovery and store cleanliness throughout shift
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday, 10 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong communication skills with approachable, friendly demeanor
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Fashion-forward mindset with interest in current trends
- Reliable transportation to our Broadway location
