Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, facing products, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Handle cash transactions, process returns or exchanges, and maintain accurate till rolls.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and inventory goals.
- Ensure store security, safety protocols, and visual merchandising standards are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for accurate cash handling.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 10kg).
- Reliable internet access for onboarding paperwork and training.
