Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and handling cash transactions with precision.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management processes as required.
- Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate them to the floor manager when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and deliver excellent service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential; we provide full training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- A friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Reliability and punctuality are mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 10kg).
