Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a tidy sales floor.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Handle cash and card transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Ensure product labeling and pricing are correct throughout the store.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for weekend shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 15kg).
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
