Responsibilities
- Execute Test Plans: Perform comprehensive manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and usability issues.
- Bug Reporting: Log detailed, actionable bug reports in our tracking system (Jira/Asana) with clear reproduction steps and screenshots.
- Regression Testing: Execute regression test suites to ensure new updates do not disrupt existing functionality.
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with the product team to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Quality Standards: Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure zero critical bugs reach the production environment.
Qualifications
- Technical Background: Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and QA principles (1+ year experience preferred).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to spot inconsistencies, UI glitches, and logic errors.
- Communication Skills: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
