Responsibilities
- Pack and Label: Accurately package, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the daily receiving and stocking of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure only high-quality items are shipped to customers.
- Customer Support: Address basic customer inquiries regarding order status and product details.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and evening shifts.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computer systems and handheld scanners.
