Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming stock with high accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Stock Maintenance: Keep warehouse shelves organized and well-stocked to ensure efficient operations.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as required by certification.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before processing and report any discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to optimize workflow during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, customer-focused mindset.
- Skills: Basic computer skills for scanning labels and logging data.
