Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, seal, and label products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations.
- Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
