Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and process incoming/outgoing shipments during evening/night shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and accurately
- Maintain precise inventory counts and documentation in real-time systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S standards in all operations
- Support loading/unloading of trucks during peak weekend hours
- Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced night environment
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual weekend/night availability
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
