Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Inspect received goods for damage and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading of trucks and material handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
