Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for clients on-site and in the lab.
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service during weekend shifts.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and manage equipment logs accurately.
- Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist senior technicians with complex troubleshooting tasks and project deployment.
- Document all service requests and resolutions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, hardware repair, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common peripherals.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
