Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming customer tickets via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in training new part-time staff on company protocols.
- Ensure all weekend operations run efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and software applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
