The Role
As a Weekend Part-Time Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. You will assist enterprise clients with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and system navigation during our high-traffic weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues via phone and remote desktop.
- Diagnose complex technical problems and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Document all support interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to escalate unresolved issues and suggest product improvements.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and perform security updates during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when assisting clients with sensitive technical data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office productivity software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and evening shifts as required.
- Must be self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
