Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service during weekend events and peak hours
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean and organized guest areas and service stations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless event operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with inventory management and stocking duties
- Support event setup and breakdown as needed
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or college program
- Available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for transaction handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be 18+ to handle alcohol service
