Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend shifts
- Manage reservations and seating for high-volume periods
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order execution
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met at all times
- Assist with inventory management during closing procedures
- Train new team members on weekend service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
