Responsibilities
- Manage store operations during peak weekend hours to ensure a welcoming and organized shopping environment.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing exceptional service to drive sales and loyalty.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with the full-time staff to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for a minimum of 12 hours per week.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handling POS systems.
