Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Provide outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Operate credit card machines, scanners, and other point-of-sale equipment
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally
- Maintain clean, organized checkout areas and store appearance
- Collaborate with sales associates to drive store goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cashier or customer service experience
