Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Assist with daily tasks including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store environment.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our electronic point-of-sale systems.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, help with inventory counts, and restock merchandise as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend staff to ensure all operational goals are met and store standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college students are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Demonstrated punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks as required.
