Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products and services to meet their needs.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Assist with inventory management and stock counts during slower periods.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age (students welcome).
- Ability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
