- Provide exceptional customer service during evening and weekend hours (4 PM - 10 PM weekdays, 10 AM - 6 PM weekends)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining security protocols
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising during off-peak hours
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless store operations
- Maintain clean and organized sales floor during evening hours
- Support special weekend promotions and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Flexible availability for evenings (20+ hrs/week) and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
