Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to management to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to maximize store efficiency and sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (current students are encouraged to apply).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical activity, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a valid ID.
- Availability to work weekends, including Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays.
