Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise in the early morning hours
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planograms
- Maintain clean and safe work environments throughout the store
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with overnight team to ensure seamless store operations
- Follow safety protocols and company stocking standards
- Report inventory discrepancies to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Availability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to Fort Wayne location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team player with excellent communication skills
