Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers upon arrival, providing a premium, personalized shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products, offering styling advice, and processing sales efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS).
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store, including replenishing stock and organizing displays to reflect current trends.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handle cash transactions, and process various payment methods securely.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Adhere to all company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong availability for weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for fashion or retail trends.

- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
