Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale using our POS systems.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Drive sales through active selling techniques and upselling merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but training is provided.
