Responsibilities
- Unload and organize incoming merchandise using company-provided equipment
- Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas according to planogram standards
- Operate pallet jacks and stocking tools safely and efficiently
- Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies to management
- Maintain clean and organized stockroom and sales floor areas
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- Availability for early morning shifts (3:00 AM start time)
- Basic math skills for inventory and stocking tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Previous retail or stocking experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to work site
