Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and styling advice
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Execute visual merchandising standards to maintain boutique aesthetics and product displays
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving/restocking merchandise during shift changes
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Participate in weekend inventory audits and store cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- Availability to work consistently on Saturdays and Sundays (minimum 8-12 hours weekly)
- Prior retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse clientele
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing store priorities
- Must be 18+ years old with legal authorization to work in the US
