Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a premium shopping experience for all visitors.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, adhering to our high visual merchandising standards.
- Transactions: Process sales accurately and efficiently using the POS system, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, fold garments, and organize displays to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow staff members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Inventory: Assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to be punctual, responsible, and dedicated to the job.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk the sales floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic Skills: Proficiency with basic math and technology (smartphones/tablets) is preferred.
