Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Merchandise the sales floor by stocking shelves, folding clothes, and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and receiving new shipments.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and brand policies to effectively advise customers.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; a strong passion for fashion is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs (approx. 11 kg) to stock merchandise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
