Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service through product recommendations and sales support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise presentation
- Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations
- Uphold brand standards through visual merchandising and cleanliness protocols
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring customer behavior and securing merchandise
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm shifts)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation to Aspen Ridge Drive location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must pass background check and provide employment references
