Your Role
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have an unforgettable shopping experience while helping us maintain our high standards of operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash and digital payments.
- Assist in opening and closing store procedures, including security checks and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales goals and promotional targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store location.
