Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a premium shopping experience.
- Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Assist in store opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash balancing.
- Collaborate with the team to execute promotional events and weekend sales strategies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively to maintain brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings or late afternoons.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
