Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and style guidance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store presentation
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Support loss prevention protocols and store security measures
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and operational targets
- Participate in evening closing procedures including cleaning and securing the store
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and frequent movement
- Availability to start within 3-5 days of offer
