Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a welcoming attitude, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and resolving any inquiries promptly.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register using our Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash/card payments securely.
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards throughout the weekend shift to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Stock shelves and inventory areas efficiently, ensuring products are displayed attractively and available for purchase.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals, operational targets, and maintain a cohesive work atmosphere.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management to prevent stockouts.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends consistently (Saturday and Sunday) with reliable availability.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; we train the right candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic math skills required for accurate cash handling and price checks.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a positive, customer-first mindset are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
