Responsibilities
- Provide superior customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment and organization to ensure product availability.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and executing seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash and credit payments with integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and provide support during peak business hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes and reaching merchandise.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with technology (e.g., tablet-based POS systems).
- A valid driver's license is a plus.
