Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, tidy, and safe sales floor environment.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security checks.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
