Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash/card payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in receiving and organizing new shipments.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms clean and organized at all times.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the store manager.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales and service goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and some weekday evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate a standard POS system.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
