Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly upon arrival and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are appealing and up-to-date.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment at all times.
- Process and track inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude are essential.
