Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support promotional events and store displays during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stockroom organization.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous retail experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store location.
