Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and displays with new merchandise to keep the store organized and appealing.
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets and store goals.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome entry-level applicants and provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
