Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, providing product recommendations and answering questions.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding pricing, returns, and store policies with professionalism.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to maintain inventory levels and execute merchandising plans.
- Assist in bagging purchases and keeping the checkout area organized.
- Monitor the store environment to ensure safety and security standards are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
