Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products or answering questions to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Point of Sale: Process customer transactions accurately at the register using the POS system.
- Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels and prepare merchandise for incoming stock.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure store goals are met efficiently during busy weekends.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in keeping the store clean, including taking out trash and sanitizing high-traffic areas.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light boxes (up to 20 lbs).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old.
