- Merchandising: Stock shelves, rotate inventory, and ensure product displays are up-to-date and eye-catching to drive sales.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our modern POS system.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members and communicate effectively to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor for safety hazards and assist in preventing theft to protect company assets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shifts.
- Experience: Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift merchandise (up to 25 lbs) for extended periods.
