Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Organize merchandise on the sales floor and ensure all displays are clean, neat, and inviting.
- Restock inventory shelves and assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Monitor store appearance and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- A passion for fashion and customer satisfaction is essential.
