Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions quickly and accurately at the register.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Stock inventory and ensure product displays are current and engaging.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with a focus on satisfaction.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash balancing and security checks.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Friendly demeanor and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
