Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a superior shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain high visual standards and inventory availability.
- Organize store aisles and ensure the sales floor is clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to execute promotional events and seasonal sales strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to the management team promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for early morning shifts.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and price checks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
