Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answering inquiries about our merchandise.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and appealing store environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately at the register, including handling payments and returns.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions with precision.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
