Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising: Maintain store standards by organizing products, replenishing stock, and ensuring visual displays are appealing.
- Operations: Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding products, store policies, and hours of operation.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting discrepancies to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible with shifting hours.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Attitude: A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
