Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and friendly interactions
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation
- Operate safely within retail environments, including stocking shelves and maintaining cleanliness
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and resolve customer inquiries
- Participate in weekend inventory counts and stock replenishment activities
Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays, 10am-6pm)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled students welcome
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte location
